I forget to post good results which happen often - today I had a virtual appearance where I advocated for my client and both the prosecutor and judge didn't seem to care - It will require more work but I will not ask for any more money from my client - this isn't his fault - I continue to practice law after 39 years as an attorney because I love it

Great result in court today - the judge wanted to put my client in jail for 20 days after multiple driving while suspended tickets - but he and the whole court staff worked to allow him a bracelet so he could still work to support his family - it was a good day for this lawyer

A very favorable result for my client who had a third cell phone violation. He was facing 3 points, $600 - $800 in fines and possible loss of license for up to 90 days. I negotiated a 2 point careless, $240 fine and no loss of license. Client is very pleased.
