Stay with us and attend the yoga retreat! January 30th through February 2nd.
It's been a long time since I've hosted a retreat in the Midwest โ eight years if my math is right! โ so I'm super excited for this special one in January.
Think slow time. Fuzzy socks. Hot cocoa by the fire. Warm twinkle lights *everywhere*.
I've created a one-of-a-kind hygge and yoga weekend at a beautiful lakefront lodge in the Missouri Ozarks. (Hygge, pronounced HUE-ga, means โcozyโ in Danish.) It's a 4-day, 3-night experience in Branson that offers plenty of time to unwind, reset, and connect.
We'll have yoga and meditation sessions, an onsite vendor fair with goodies from a handpicked group of local creators, relaxing in the indoor pool and hot tub, a knitting class, time for quiet journaling or curling up with a good book by the fire. Gonna be so fun!
The retreat is alcohol-free, so a perfect getaway for sober/sober-curious/health-conscious women. You can come solo to make new friends, or gather some girls for a group trip.
The lodge in Branson is within a 3-5 hour drive from St. Louis, Memphis, Kansas City, Tulsa, etc.; there are direct flights to Springfield/Branson airport from hubs including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Orlando and Tampa.
