Hi Cabin Friends! Summer ended with a bang at the Branson Cedars cabins. They all got new roofs! I know one doesn’t usually drive in and exclaim, “My, what a pretty roof!” But we think they turned out very nicely. C’mon over and check them out.

It’s been a wild and crazy summer here in Branson— hail, floods, and heat! But in spite of it all, we’ve loved hearing about all the wonderful family memories being made at our cabins.

In June, Charles and experienced a dream come true when most of our kids, grandkids, and great grandkids came together for a week at the Branson Cedars Cabins! It took all 4 of the big cabins to accommodate everyone, and we loved every minute of it! Somehow we missed getting a group photo in front of one of the cabins, but the memories we made are priceless!

We still have some Aug dates available if you’re looking to make that last trip before school starts— and don’t forget fall is just around the corner.

We had a sweet family scheduled to arrive at our Ozarks Legends Lodge tomorrow and stay for 4 days. They’ve had a medical emergency and won’t be able to make it. If anyone is looking for a last minute trip, let us know.

Our family of 15 had an amazing time at Wonderworks today! From age 2 to 72, a great time was had by all. Highly recommend!

Ridgedale (home of our Branson Cedars Resort cabins) has seen quite a transformation with opening of the renowned- Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, just 1 mile from our cabins. If you’re looking for a cozy and convenient spot for the Chris Stapleton concert on June 13, our Wilderness Retreat cabin is available June 12,13,14.
So whether you’re coming for the events or you’re looking for an awesome place for a family vacation, we’re here to help you enjoy all Branson and the area has to offer. 😊

Our second annual Chodrick Cousins Reunion is now a precious memory. Charles and I loved hosting our cousins from Oklahoma and Missouri at the cabins this past weekend. It was 4 days of laughing, reminiscing, and enjoying time together. How appropriate that yesterday was National Cousins Day. 😍

Spring has sprung in the Ozarks and I love it! The redbuds have been brilliant for a few weeks and now the dogwoods have popped out and joined the fun! Branson has been buzzing with spring break families and we have loved getting to meet some of our sweet cabin guests. Once you have been our cabin guests— you become our cabin friends. Hope to meet you soon.

Good Morning Cabin Friends! Spring is just around the corner! I thought I’d share a few more projects/ updates we accomplished around the cabins this winter. Many of you have been our faithful guests as we have navigated through this cabin rental experience. We appreciate your patience as we have learned and upgraded things along the way. Some things we thought would be good ideas- well they weren’t. Ha. We have improved things along the way as we could do them. We are constantly continuing that process. I’m sure we will never achieve 100% perfection, but we keep trying. THANK YOU to you all that understand that. (Sorry about the mismatched light bulbs. I just buy what’s on sale. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤣).
So, Deer Run and Ozark Legends scored new hickory dining chairs. We love them!!!
Deer Run also traded the tired entertainment center for a new desk and new big smart TV. The old wooden lounger at Ozark became firewood and was replaced by this cool metal bench.
Cabin Dreams also got a new smart TV.
New porch rocking chairs at Wilderness Retreat, Timber Mountain, and Deer Run.
We’ve got lots of spring and summer dates still open. We would love to have you visit again or we welcome new Cabin Friends as well. 🥰

Good Morning Cabin Friends! I think we are on day 574 of this blustery January 2024! It has been a rough one. Thanks to all you brave guests that have come and enjoyed the cabins in spite of the yucky weather.
It’s been a great time (off and on) for some needed upgrades. Great Outdoors in Notch Estates, is quite happy with its new, big smart TV. Mounting it on the fireplace made room for a much needed, extra chair in the living room. We’re looking forward to hosting your family this year in one of our cabins.

Santa came a little early to the Branson Cedars Cabins. They all got fancy new, paved driveways. They must have been very good cabins. 😊
We still have some Christmas openings if anyone wants to enjoy a cozy, cabin Christmas.
