Congratulations to the “D” family! You’re going to Disney World!!! 🎉

This family is leaving Canada behind and going to spend a week at Disney’s Pop Century Resort this summer!

Pop Century Resort is one of my favorite Value resorts! It has an American pop culture theme taking you through the 1950s -1990s with each section featuring iconic images such as Play-Doh, Big Wheel and more.

Did I mention this is a Skyliner resort!? Take the gondola ride and enjoy the amazing views to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

Disney has officially announced the closure dates for Muppet Vision 3D, Pizzerizzo, and Mama Melrose’s Ristorante! 🚨😔

Last day to dine at Mama Melrose’s Ristorante: 5/10/2025

These closures are due to the transformation into Monsters Inc land!

I will miss the Muppets…but I am also excited for new and exciting changes! 🚧

Happy National Peanut Butter Day! 🥜

To celebrate, I’ve got a fun cookie recipe to share!

* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Peanut Butter Frosting
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
* 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping
* 3/4 cup M&M’S Minis Peanut Butter Chocolate Candies

Directions
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
2. Beat light brown sugar, honey, peanut butter, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium speed until creamy.
3. Add flour mixture and beat on low speed until fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
5. Place 1/4 cup chilled peanut butter cookie dough in 3 1/2 inch Mickey Mouse-shaped cookie cutter on prepared baking sheet and press dough to fill cutter. Carefully pick up cookie cutter and repeat with remaining dough, placing 6 cookies on each baking sheet.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes, until edges begin to brown. Cool for 10 minutes on pans, then move to wire racks.
7. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting
1. Beat butter and peanut butter in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium speed until fully combined.
2. Add sifted powdered sugar and mix on medium speed until fully combined. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and vanilla extract until incorporated.
3. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

Serve
Spread peanut butter frosting on each cookie. Sprinkle tops with M&M’S Minis Peanut Butter Chocolate Candies.

With all the attention Epic Universe has been getting, you may not even be aware that there is a new land already open in Universal Studios- DreamWorks Land! 🎉✨

This super fun land opened in Summer 2024 and is an amazing addition to the park, especially for families with young children. You’ll find favorites such as Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, Trolls and even Puss in Boots! 🐼 🐱

There’s something for everybody to enjoy with rides, shows, character meet and greets, play areas, splash pads, and fun themed snacks!

Congratulations to the “R”!! You’re going to Disney World!!! 🎉🎉

This family will be spending their Christmas break at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort! 🎥🎬

Disney’s All-Star Movies features larger-than-life decor from beloved Disney films like Toy Story and 101 Dalmatians. Guests can enjoy themed pools, a Food Court, and recreational activities, all while being immersed in Disney magic!

This sweet mama reached out for some help with a trip she had booked herself, and we were able to get her reservation transferred to my care!!

Now the rest of the work is transferred off her “to do” and “to remember” list, and onto mine! 🥳

🍿Disney makes SO MUCH popcorn every day! And in one year they make over 5.2 million bags! That’s over 385,000 lbs of popcorn!

🍿Disney uses a local business to supply ALL of their popcorn! This business supplies over 1,200 gallons of popcorn each week!
