Some companies here are absolutely gouging the cabin owners. I am NOT saying they are all that way. If you are happy with your management company, that is great! If you are not happy with your management company, call me. I offer personal service to all of my clients. I am a Licensed Real estate agent and a Nurse (ret). Both of my state licenses are current and in good standing. I have a crew of cleaners that I oversee personally. I charge 10%, and I personally promote your cabin. I do not tack on extra service fees.
