As an event planner, Trudi Feinstein has collaborated with many widely recognized Boston area organizations and institutions. We have secured a spectrum of authors such as Dr. Eli Newberger (The Men They Will Become), Dr. Carolyn Kaelin (Living Through Breast Cancer: What a Harvard Physician Wants you To Know), Dr. Edward Benz, Jr., Dr. Jon Derek Croteau (My Thinning Years) , Dr. David Brudnoy (Li
fe is Not a Rehearsal) , Liz Murray (Breaking Night), Peggy Claude-Pierre (The Secret Language of Eating Disorders), and Wally Lamb (She’s Come Undone). We have also arranged commencement speakers such as Massachusetts First Ladies
Kitty Dukakis and Susan Weld. We were responsible for securing entertainment personality Sara Edwards as event host on multiple occasions. Sara hosted three outstanding Women’s Cancers Luncheons for the Women’s Cancers Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She also hosted the opening night performance of “Wit” starring Emmy and Tony Award winner Judith Light, which raised money for the David Brudnoy Fund For Aids Research at Massachusetts General Hospital, The Women’s Cancers Program at Dana-Farber, and the Women’s Care
Fund at the Fenway Community Health. For two online auctions for the Home For Little Wanderers, we acquired a fabulous collection of auction items including highly sought-after tickets to the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Regis and Kelly Show, the Colbert Report, the S*x and The City Hotspots Tour, and spring training
for the Boston Red Sox. As full-service event coordinators, we arranged the 2013 Hispanic Month Celebration at The Whittier Street Health Center with hosting by Tim Estiloz, catering by El Centro, entertainment by SassEe Lady, and an appealing selection of raffle items, including a tour for 10 people at WCVB TV in Boston.
