I have lived in Acadiana for overy fifty years and maintains a private practice in Lafayette, LA. With over almost 30 years years experience as a addiction therapist, and as a graduate of USL (Now ULL) specializing in behavioral therap

David has worked with several differant modalities in the addiction field, including Inpaitent, Residential, Halfway House, and Intensive Outpatient Programs as a primary counselor, program director and administrator. In addition to being a prominent addiction therapist, David has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Substance Abuse and PTSD for Active Duty Military and Veterans. David Fatheree utilizes a Rational Cognitive Approach, solution-focused therapist. His cognitive therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients "Get Better instead of Feeling Better" as he integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
