This is about as flat as an 820 yard waterline test can get! Our wind at @crcrange got a little sporty today, but the 25SAW with 135 @bergerbullets LRHT’s can definitely hang. Testing Vihtavuori N160 powder, and the starting charge weight looks like a great place to stay. On shot 5, I got stupid and held 4.2 instead of 5.2mils. Keep practicing holdovers!

Testing the 153gr HHT from @hammerbulletsco in the 7mm SAW with @hodgdonpowdercompany Varget. Like we’ve seen before with Hammers, the accuracy was stellar right out of the gate. I did not push velocity but comfortably got them to 2900FPS in my 24” @benchmarkbarrels carbon NRL Hunter match barrel with a load that should be all weather safe. The group on steel was shot at 620 yards, with a solid 8-10 full value wind. Looking forward to putting these to an in-depth critter test soon! #7mmsaw #hammerbullets #nrlhunter #wtorifles
