when i wake up at 6am to reserve dining reservations for my clients, everything they want is not always available. the first reaction to that is to panic, but with me as your travel agent, there is no need to worry. thanks to dining notifications, i am alerted whenever there are cancellations or openings for my clients preferred restaurant and dining time.🍽️

these are picked up fast so sometimes it takes multiple tries. i may not be able to reserve your table until you're already on your trip. but i tell my clients to never ever lose hope!🤞🏻 while you are planning + travelling, i am working by your side to make all of your vacation dreams come true...💫

alaska, here we come!🪵🏔️🐻🌳

we were able to reserve all of the excursions we wanted for our september cruise!🚢 from a helicopter ride around a glacier to a bear search, we’re doing it all.

with such long port days (some are 10+ hours) we will have time to explore on our own along with visiting top attractions with a disney cruise line tour guide.🐭

soon i’ll have more knowledge + education on alaska than ever before to share with all of my clients!🫶🏼

on june 28th, big changes will be coming to how i guide my clients to use genie+ at magic kingdom. why? tiana’s bayou adventure!🪵

to get on the high demand attractions at magic kingdom, purchasing genie+ is a non negotiable. but once it’s purchased, what do you do?👀

well, without sharing the full park strategy i send to my clients, take note of these details!👇🏼

on your magic kingdom day, you must purchase genie+ by 6:50am and your first selection needs to be tiana’s bayou adventure unless it will book up and you may not be able to ride.📱

before i suggested peter pans flight or space mountain as the 7am selection. instead, one of these attractions should be rope dropped. take advantage of that early theme park entry!👏🏻

from there, it’s all about making smart genie+ decisions. booking and modifying, not missing the exact moment your 2 hour window opens…it’s all about to be more important than ever!🐭

i visit walt disney world more than disneyland, but when i travel to anaheim, there are some travel details i no longer care about…👇🏼

🪐 galaxy’s edge - disneyland’s star wars galaxy’s edge is the same exact area as the one in disney world’s hollywood studios. the only difference between the two are some character sightings but besides that, skip these attractions and focus on what is unique to anaheim.

🚎 transportation - while in disneyland, you will not see buses, boats or a skyliner because every area on property is within walking distance. typically, i choose my resort at disney world based n transportation but in disneyland, there are 3 on property resorts and 24 good neighbor hotels that are less than half a mile away from the parks.

🧇 breakfast - something that you will never find in disney world is complimentary breakfast, but in disneyland, some good neighbor hotels that are within walking distance to the parks offer it. my clients’ favorites are the best westerns in south harbor blvd!

you are spending your money at disney in the worst way…👀

as a travel professional, i work along side my clients to determine if these additional costs are right for them.💸

🐭 deluxe resorts - if what you're looking for in a resort is a clean room, a place to grab food, pools and transportation to the parks, there is no need to stay at moderate or deluxe resorts when there are value resorts that check these boxes.

🐭 park hoppers - for first timers, i will recommend a 4 day base ticket with a rest day every single time. it will take you a whole day to get accustomed to the park layout and will not even think about hopping.

🐭 disney dining plan - if you are a family that is on the go and want to focus your vacation on attractions, the ddp (sit down restaurant dining plan) will be more of time consuming part of your trip than a relaxing one.

the truth is, you don't have to be ready to book your 2025 vacation. my most recent booking for a client was for december 2024 and i have a few outstanding leads for this spring. so why do i promote booking over a year in advance?💭
