What an incredible experience we had at during our private cooking class 🥘.

One of our favorite excursions always includes introducing our guests to the local cuisine in a unique way and what better way to do that than a private cooking class?

We connected with a local artisan chef, Adeline Borra-Aoust who provided us with an educational, high quality, and fun experience. Plus we got to indulge in a delicious meal and wine to follow 😋!

During our 2025 France tour 🇫🇷, our guests will have the privilege of sharing this experience together as well!

Paul Bocuse, a trailblazer in French gourmet cuisine, devoted nearly five decades to crafting an empire rooted in generous and local culinary delights.

Born on February 11th, 1926 in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or, a stone’s throw from Lyon, Paul Bocuse, the sole son of Georges and Irma Bocuse, continued the family’s chef tradition dating back to 1765.

As he developed as a chef, Bucose had the opportunity to learn from other notable chef’s. Eugénie Brazier, Fernand Point, and Chef Gaston Richard being a few worth mentioning.

After many years of sharpening his craft and earning many awards along the way, Bocuse went on to establish the ‘Institut Paul Bocuse’, drawing students from 37 countries. This was followed by the Paul Bocuse Foundation in 2004, a testament to his commitment to sharing knowledge globally.

In 2018, Paul Bocuse passed away, leaving behind a lasting legacy. The team now strives to preserve the philosophy and values of the culinary visionary who laid the groundwork for Nouvelle Cuisine.
