We have immediate starts available in our 24-hour Emergency Assistance Services (EAS) program! 24-hour EAS is a problem solving and support service providing on-call and/or immediate response at your home due to a health or personal emergency that is not related to an injury or an immediate danger. Options Residential's 24-Hour EAS service is truly person centered. When you start services with us, our staff take the time to get to know you so we can provide the support you need. When you reach out for assistance the person you talk to will be someone that you are familiar with and knows you.

In addition, our 24-Hour EAS services are customizable. As your needs change, our service can change to provide the support you need. This service is offered to individuals who live in Dakota, Hennepin, Scott, Carver, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington and Sherburne Counties as well as other counties upon request.

At Options Residential, we understand that sometimes people need additional support or someone to call to problem-solve when living on their own. Options Residential’s 24-hour Emergency Assistance Supports (EAS) service is available to people who have the CADI, BI, or DD waiver. We can provide on call and/or immediate response support at a person’s home due to a health or personal emergency that is not related to an injury or immediate danger.

Our staff will develop a customized plan of support that can range from phone response to in-person meetings multiple times per week. The support can change as personal situations change.

This service is offered to individuals who live in Dakota, Hennepin, Scott, Carver, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, and Sherburne Counties, as well as other counties upon request.
