Three BLLT’s (bacon, lettuce, lobster and tomato) with one lobster!! Less than $6 per sandwich!!! Don’t pay more for something that takes less than 20 minutes! And you know what the ingredients are!!

Monday update! Here is what I still have unspoken for this holiday weekend:

125 Virginia Bluepoint oysters $1 each, 10 pounds of PEI mussels at $4.50 #, and plenty of 1.25-1.5 fresh caught Maine lobsters at $12.35 #. Running low on jumbos but I can take a couple more orders on those 2-2.5 pounders at $14.95 #.

Well, it’s a much nicer evening in Maine than last night. We nearly got struck by lightning in our tents around 1 a.m. and ended up sleeping in the truck. The sound of the lightning bolt shook the ground. 😱
