The successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential carpentry
-Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
-Proficient in the use of power tools, comfortable with heights
-The ability to measure accurately and resolve field issues if they arise
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Leadership and crew management experience a plus
