Replaced Floors, Windows, wood to gas fireplace conversation, updated and added electrical, surround sound, LED accent light at Fireplace/under & over cabinet, new custom kitchen & vanity w/ Cambria tops, all new trim in main portion of house with all new paint trim and doors, all ceilings repaired, textured and repainted, fresh coat of paint throughout entire house, stone fireplace and kitchen backsplash...
