In Bhutan in the post office we had an opportunity to create stamps from our pictures. They said we could use it to send postcards to our countries. So I sent some to the US and to Hungary.

Acadia National Park in Maine are one of the most visited parks in the US and it’s the only National Park in the northeast.

There are 26 mountains in the park with Cadillac Mountain as the highest point with 1,530 feet. Cadillac is also the tallest mountain in the US Atlantic coast. This is the place you want to see a sunrise in Maine.

The park is dog friendly but you have to keep your loved ones on leash. It also has 300 species of birds, more than 50 species of mammals and over 1000 species of flowers and plants.

Travel has many styles. It can differ by activities involved, how much your budget is, the time frame you use or the people you travel with. These are all has an effect on your trip.

Your time frame can be one day, few days, few weeks or even months. But the time you spent on your vacation should not define the quality you experience!

A one day trip can be as much rewarding as a two week vacation. It does matter who you travel with though so choose your companion wisely 😊

If you have time constraints just go for one day! Get out of the house and drive somewhere. The positive mental and psychological effect will be long lasting and much needed.
