Recently the TAP team spent an entire week working and playing together in person, planning for 2025 and enjoying quality time with each other. We even got to cook a meal together and enjoy learning (and eating!), during a cooking class at New York Kitchen in Canandaigua NY!

Our work time was spent at a co-working space in Rochester NY, where we reflected on 2024, learned from each other, and prepared to do our best work in 2025. Working on strategy together helps us to grow even further as a dynamic team with skills and perspectives that complement each other, and form close bonds that lead to even better collaboration.
