The house is 3 bedroom- 3 full bathrooms with a bonus gameroom (patio off gameroom with pocket views of the lake, wet bar with wine fridge, pool table, & retro arcade machine).
Bedroom 1- King
Bedroom 2- King
Bedroom 3- 2 full over full bunks
Gameroom- full Murphy bed
**no pets**no smoking**

Side yard has ample space to park your boat and/or jet skis.

Less than 4 minutes to Public Boat Ramp 5.
15 minutes to White Water Amphitheater.
4 minutes to Comal Park.
25 minutes to New Braunfels.
Comal and Guadalupe River are both a short drive with many public “drop ins”.
