For us, this is a MUST STOP favorite when we’re in town.

From fried shrimp, a raw clam bar to chicken wings and everything in between. The atmosphere is epic. The food doesn’t disappoint. PLUS who doesn’t love a swing seat at the bar, that’s actually an aquarium?! I could stay here all day!

We were so lucky that we had such minimal damages after

Our pool cage was repaired a few months ago. But it’s taken a while and a few trips to get everything put back together again.

We finally were able to replace our exterior lanai fans. We are loving the new modern gray look.

Dusk from the porch a week or so after Hurricane Ian.

My quick trip to access damages left me with tears of sorrow. Tears of grace. But mostly importantly filled with HOPE. This community is strong!! The progress they had made us just a few short days was beyond impressive.

🌅Cape Coral is already rebuilding.

🌉Sanibel already has a usable bridge for emergency efforts + getting power back on the island.

🌅Fort Myers cleanup efforts have been beyond words.

My favorite space in this Florida villa (besides the pool 😍😍😍)

I loved this tropical inspired rug with all these beautiful shades of green. Once I saw those green (faux) leather barstools I was sold on making this space for gathering.

Yet you could also enjoy some morning reading + coffee with an indoor (a/c) view of the pool.

An extra note: We can’t thank my parents enough for helping us to re-create this kitchen bar area. Now, it’s exactly how we envisioned.

Up next, a little splash of green for some extra life on those walls.
