You won't find a nicer home or a more convenient location
This home is amazing. Conveniently located by shopping and many dining options within walking distance amd downtown V**e Coral is about an $8.00 uber ridden away. This house was spotless, including the pool and outdoor kitchen. The house is feel appointed with dishes, flatware, pots and pans etc. The one thing I will point out, and this is not a criticism, just a cultural difference, you will likely need to purchase items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. Most German renters provide enough to get you through your first day or two then you are on your own. There is a dollar general in close proximity where most of the items you need can be purchased at an extremely cheap price. I will definitely be staying here again.

Here is one of the recent reviews for Villa Sunset Dream:
Seven wonderful nights at this home. New construction. Beautiful interior. Kitchen had everything we needed. 3 bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Office with extra monitor was awesome for working. Showers/bathrooms are great. Pool was perfect for my teens and me. Laundry is new and great. Ping pong table in garage...loved that. Lots of beach towels. 2 full size beach chairs and I added 3 low profile beach chairs in garage. Backpack and full size cooler in the garage. We used the outdoor BBQ and ate outside daily. Publix grocery store 1 mile. Aldi 1// mile. Fort Myers beach 17 miles; drive is 45-1 hour with traffic. Naples is 1 hour. RSW 30 minutes. Neighborhood was nice. I walked every morning in the neighborhood. Quiet. Canal in back is a nice visual feature. New house being built next door. Home manager was very responsive. Home has very limited grocery provisions so trips to Publix happened almost daily. Five stars. Highly recommend for families with teens. Not a lot of nightlife near by, more of a suburban neighborhood.
