For those of you that don't know...
The reason Adept Property Services has been quiet lately is we are not only managing short term rentals, but currently finishing our Private Investigator program. We will be licensed investigator as soon as November 28!
Outside of managing short term rentals, we spend our time looking for and reconnecting previous homeowners to reunite them with money that is owed to them. Money could be held at the state level, county and federal level due to mortgage foreclosure, tax sales and bankruptcies.
If you previously experienced a loss like this let us look for you, to see if there is money out there waiting for you!
