This three bedroom two bathroom home is fully air-conditioned, includes ceiling fans throughout and features a heated pool (note heater cannot be used if the water temperatures drops below 70F) and separate wellness spa. Each beautifully appointed bedroom boasts large walk-in closets with orthopedic foam mattresses. The guest rooms both have queen sized beds while the master boasts a California King sized bed and a chaise lounge for spending some quiet time enjoying a book or watching your favorite show on the 40 inch television. The bathrooms come complete with bath, pool and beach towels as well as hair dryers. The fully equipped kitchen features a glass top range, full size side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender for making those tasty frozen concoctions. A starter pack is left for each new guest containing a roll of paper towel, a couple of garbage bags, a dishwasher pod and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests are responsible for purchasing any food related supplies. Anything left by previous guests are to be used at your own risk. The home theatre room boasts a 55 inch smart LED television, comfortable theatre seating and contemporary styling which will have you enjoying movies in High Definition. Roku TV is included along with internet and telephone service. A laptop and printer is also provided for your convenience. Throughout the home you will find art from local artists as well as many other conversation pieces. The living area is appointed with a sectional and two accent chairs and opens to the dining area with a double sliding door that opens fully to the lanai and pool area. This open concept is great for entertaining guests for cocktails and snacks or an elegant dinner party. The expandable teak dining table and gas BBQ under the covered lanai is perfect for moving the party outdoors or to relax at the end of a busy day in the poolside loungers. Located in a quiet and well established neighborhood, Turtle House is within walking distance to Saratoga Lake Park, Tropical Breeze Fun Park or Lake Kennedy, home to the Sunsplash Family Waterpark. Within a short drive, you will find a variety of restaurants, shopping as well as many attractions including Matlacha and the Yacht Club Public Beach. Cape Coral has more than 400 canals for boating, fishing and water sports; is close to a number of beaches including Sanibel/Captiva Island (known for its fabulous shelling); offers numerous public golf courses; has beautiful nature preserves where you can explore via bike or on foot and is less than 1/2 hr from Fort Myers and the beautiful Gulf Coast.
