The first-floor apartment is 11 steps above grade. The apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms; 2 private bedrooms have queen beds, and the other 2 bedrooms have 3 twin/ single beds each and are "walkthrough bedrooms"-- guest would walk through these bedrooms to access other rooms), one of the bedrooms must be accessed to walk through to the two bedrooms with queen beds, and the other twin bedroom would be walked through to access kitchen from living room. The first-floor apartment has a covered back porch with a dining table, and a small front sundeck. The second floor apartment at The Sea Song is 27 steps above grade. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom contains a queen bed; a second bedroom contains 4 twin beds; the third bedroom contains a twin bed. The second floor apartment has a private sun-deck with outdoor dining table. Both apartments have access to the shared backyard with BBQ grills, picnic tables and lounge chairs. The laundry room is also shared. Parking is included for two vehicles for each unit; 4 cars for a whole house rental. The property is located just 1/2 block to Broadway Beach and a short walk to the "Cove"-- Cape May's finest beaches at the south-end. Our weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
