I found selling a business is a daunting task. I was blessed by having a great team of agents from Jersey Cape Realty starting at the top from Dolores Dee Lanzalotti, owner and sales agent Jim Zeitler. Thank you for all your efforts in making my dream a reality from Innkeeping, which I loved, to my next new adventures of Antoinette’s by the Bay & Antoinette’s Treasures.
Yes - after 31 years the dollhouses will leave the front porch but one will stay behind “Dorothy”. Danny and Amanda enjoy it with Love❤️.

After 31+ years of being an Innkeeper at Antoinette’s Apartments & Suites, the time has come to close our doors. I am pleased to announce Danny and Amanda Uffleman as the new Owners of 717 Washington Street in Cape May, NJ.

Please help welcome “Captain Maverick” to our neighborhood and wish them much success. They are expecting their first baby soon and are very successful business owners at Queen May Jewelry store at the Washington Street Mall just four blocks away. Congratulations Danny and Amanda.

Since I’m not one to sit idle I plan to open Antoinette’s by the Bay and Antoinette’s Treasures in 2023. Stay tune.
I’d like to especially thank all my family, customers and friends for making my time as Inn-keeping a very rewarding experience. Thank you All!

Happy Memorial Day. We thank all those who have served!

The City of Cape May, in conjunction with the American Legion Post 193 and VFW Post 386, will conduct a Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM to honor our fallen heroes. The Remembrance will take place at Soldiers and Sailors Park, located at Gurney Street and Columbia Avenue in Cape May.
Immediately following the ceremony in the park, at approximately Noon, the United States Coast Guard Training Center Cape May detachments will participate with Flotilla 82 of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary in presenting the Rifle Salute and launching of the flower boat from Gurney Street Beach.
The public is encouraged to attend these ceremonies to honor our Military Veterans.

*** Clarification on item number 2, LSV's must be driven at speeds of no more than 25 mph on roads, they may briefly cross roads that are designated no more than 35 mph, to return to the 25mph speed limit road.

Also item number 9, you must have at least one rear license plate visible at all times while operating an LSV.

A reminder from the Cape May Police Department, If you operate a LSV in our communities.

1. Do it safely and responsibly, you may be ticketed or fined if not:

2. You may not drive LSVs on roadways with speed limits that exceed 25 mph.

3. Only drive with the recommended and available seating for your LSV. Do Not exceed passengers.

4. You should watch for and abide by the rules and road signs prohibiting use even on lower speed roads.

5. Child restraints in LSVs must meet the same standards as those used in passenger vehicles.

6. You must have a valid driver license to operate an LSV.

7. You are subject to the same violations as other vehicles registered on the roadways and will be ticketed if found to be in violation.

8. All LSVs shall have a safety information decal provided by the manufacturer on the rear of the vehicle.

9. License plate must be put on the rear of the low speed vehicle.

10. LSVs must meet Federal and State requirements 🇺🇸.
