Sorry we have been away for awhile but working full time at Matthew Courville's Taxidermy Studio LLC. We got pretty busy this hunting season. Looking forward to this spring time and getting some concealed carry courses going. Spent the last two days in a class with Frank Proctor working on performance carbine and pistol and looking forward to be able to pass on some of the knowledge. Thinking about doing another concealed carry class next Saturday, July 30. Cost is $125 a person or $200 a couple, everything needed including fingerprints is provided that you need to submit to the state for you permit minus the states fee. Had another great group for a concealed carry class today. Was a fun group and we were able to do some extra shooting including longer distances and faster follow up shots. So I've seen this image floating around and have to agree 100%. What's the point of owning a firearm that you can't use to its full potential. It goes along with concealed carry classes as well. As of now we teach a basic course but preach to all of our students to obtain further training. If you can't fully operate an out of the box firearm to its full potential there is no point in spending money on aftermarket acc until you spend money on training and practice Ammo.

Since we get asked all the time how long does it take to get your Concelaed carry permit after you submit your paperwork to the Louisiana State Police here is an update. From the course conducted on December 12 2015 we received confirmation from a client he was approved as of this past week and his permit will be arriving by mail shortly. He submitted his application via online process and also had to submit divorce paperwork as well.

Unfortunately this is the world we live in. It's never an easy thing when something happens close to home as we tend to see incidents on TV which occur far from home and say to ourselves this won't happen in my town. This is why Wolf Hunters Tactical exist and was one of the reasons it was started. We believe in being vigilant and standing ready to hunt the wolves in this world and refuse to just be a sheep waiting to be the next wolves meal. It is too easy to sit by idly and be ill prepared. It is too easy to carry a firearm and be prepared for the wolf that is out there and is prepared to do harm to you are your family. If you are not comfortable with a firearm then take a class with us or some other experienced professionals who will take the time and make sure you are comfortable with shooting and carrying a firearm. Not only can we teach you how to safely shoot and carry a firearm but we also can get you equipped with a proper holster in which to carry your firearm in a safe an effective way.
