Located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City our home is close to both Northstar and Squaw. In the summer time, walk to a great beach and Garwood's. The large master suite has a king size bed, a sitting room, fireplace, and walk in closet. The upstairs living room area provides a great room feel with a dining area, fireplace, game room with a pool table, a wet bar and a large sunny deck. There is a

medium size propane BBQ for your grilling needs. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full and twin trundle beds. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. Also located downstairs is a TV room with a private deck and a laundry room. The two car garage will fit one car as we store our Jeep there. We love our new house and we hope you do too. Rental rates are cheap, $150 per night for friends plus cleaning fee ($150), , $50 per night for family plus cleaning fee. Please do not share this page with anyone without checking with us first. Hey Tahoe Friends, the house is empty for the next three weeks. Somebody go up and make some turns. $125 per night unless you're related to Shannon..... then it's $175. Best conditions of the season right now!

Our house is available for Martin Luther King Jr. weekend (late check in on the 16th thru the 19th. as well as Presidents day weekend. Super low rates... $50 per night for family and $100 per night for friends. If you're not sure if you're family or friend, $150 per night!
