Farewell from the Kitchen…. “Chef” and team would like to thank all of those who arrived at our Inn with open minds, open palates, and an appetite to try new things. It was our intent to lead the way as travel professionals who enjoyed watching guests experience our vision of a hip and historic seaside B&B. It was a pleasure cooking for and serving all of you. Although the Beacon House kitchen is closed, please continue to follow us as the metamorphosis disembarks with our new line of vacation rentals slated to open in early 2023. To answer all of the incoming inquiries, there are neither plans for a restaurant nor a cookbook in the near future, but “Chefing with T$” pop-up’s are not out of the question. With gratitude, with leave you for now with wise words from the late great Chef Bourdain that speak nothing but the truth…”An egg in anything makes it better.”
