I would like to introduce myself, as well as let you know about my company, Trinity Life Counseling.“TLC” specializes with issues regarding depression, stress management, anxiety, trauma. We offer services for all age groups ranging from children to the elderly, both men and women are wel
come. TLC was opened as a result from Dr Steven Kory, MD closing his practice with Freeman Health System. My background includes health, mental health, hospice and home health. If someone is unable to come to my office, it could be arranged for me to provide “in-home” counseling (on a case by case basis.) Everyone experiences losses or various other stress inducing issues within a lifetime. We all have skeletons in the closet, eventually you must figure out how to free yourself from your past. Depression, anxiety, death, divorce, loss of employment, economy, war, trauma OCD, PTSD, just to name a few. Life happens...eventually these issues build up, ultimately creating additional stress and/or anxiety. EMDR can be effective in helping you work through many of these issues. It is my policy to keep my costs as low as possible, allowing me to pass those savings onto you. When you turn your emotions inward they tend to turn into depression or anxiety. When you turn emotions outward they may demonstrate rage. Neither option is healthy.This approach helps identify the issues, then explore healthier coping skills that will allow you to deal with any unresolved issues.
