While large construction outfits began raising rates, cutting corners, and reducing employee pay in order to come out ahead of the housing slump, we provided--and continue to provide--honest, reliable, quality-based service with a personal touch. At a rate lower than general contractors and large construction companies, we have been able to maintain our business in a way that fosters growth due to low overhead, few employees, and more time focused on building and maintaining client relationships. We believed--and still do--that business can always be good when work is done right. Our philosophy of "Good Work Speaks for Itself" has nurtured the reputation that has helped grow our business to where it is today. In fact, much of our work comes by way of word-of-mouth and repeat business from former clients. We stand behind our work, getting things done the right way, not just the quick way. We work with clients to develop cost-efficient and aesthetically-pleasing plans and offer all options available, not just the most expensive ones. Before work begins, project scope and pricing are detailed in a contract signed by both parties, and during the course of the project, we inform you of our progress and work with you on any changes you may want to integrate. Our process ensures you are well-informed from beginning to end and pleased with the final result. Our business is rooted in transparency and we firmly believe honesty to be our most valuable asset. Honesty when providing estimates and bids creates an environment of trust that is vital during the construction process. We can estimate a job at an hourly rate + materials or provide an all-inclusive bid, it's up to you. We never take on more than we can handle and occasionally turn down a job if it is something we don't believe we can do or do well. We never charge for in-home estimates, gas + mileage, or mark-up materials. And when it comes to integrity, we equally respect all clients and never discriminate or base pricing upon race, gender, age or income level. When we are supposed to be there, we are there. We work when we are at work. We clean up our job sites. We show respect when we are in your home. We are mindful of your busy schedule and do the best we can to accommodate your needs, even if it means working during the evening or on weekends, if necessary. Not sure if we handle your type of project? Just ask. We are available by phone, email, and through the website 7 days a week, 7 am - 9 pm. We generally work Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3:30, working on weekends when necessary. However,we can work around the days and hours that work best for you. We always provide complimentary in-home estimates, usually within 48 hours (during busy times, it could take up to a week). We never require a down payment to begin working. We run a drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free job site. We accept cash and checks only. We currently serve Colorado in the following areas:
