This is still one of our favorites. We built this little cabin up Leroux Creek 12 years ago and it's still as charming as ever. The request by the home owner was to build it nestled in a grove of aspens. In order to not disturb the natural surroundings, we did a lot of craning to get building materials in. The result was worth it! This special client told me yesterday he's thinking of listing it in the near future. If you're looking for a cabin, watch for this one, it truly is special.

Clean slate. Starting a redesign of a very special home on the Gunnison River in Austin. Oh that view! I'm thinking BIG wall of windows capturing the river as you walk in. A kitchen window that looks up river, and the most amazing outdoor space nestled in the trees we are saving over looking the river. What do you think?
Keep an eye on this project, this stunning home will eventually be up for sale. Truly a unique piece of property.

Big shout out to Cedaredge Bruin HS baseball team as they start their 2017 season. We have been honored to work with Coach Montoya and Joe Carlson in converting the old dugout into a new clubhouse. We cannot thank the numerous suppliers and volunteers that came together to make it happen resulting in zero cost to the school district. What an amazing community we live in! Play ball Bruins! Good luck!

Great day at the Cedaredge Middle School Career Fair! Awesome to see so many respectful and engaged kids from Delta, Hotchkiss, Paonia, and Cedaredge. The future is bright!

We had great neighbors to boot! Thanks Shane Lance with Pro Electric for supporting our youth. And thank you Delta County Middle Schools for broadening their horizons.

This is one very cool outdoor TV for our Cedaredge Project. Motorized lift and rotation allows for the ability to see the TV anywhere in their outdoor living space. Special thanks for close collaboration with Rj's Landscape Design, block hard scaping by Sunflower Landscape, The Sound Company, and Welfelt Fabrication. Some small adjustments, a copper-bronze powder coating on the roof, and a custom bronze monogram in the center and it's complete. Here's to many special movie nights (or game nights) under the stars for this very cool family!
