Day 3 in Cabo was all about embracing the luxury and tranquility of our host resort, Villa La Valencia. Nestled along a serene, non-swimmable beach, the resort offers a plethora of amenities that cater to both relaxation and adventure seekers.

Morning Bliss:
I began my day with a peaceful stroll along the pristine shoreline, immersing myself in the breathtaking sunrise. The early hours gifted me with sightings of pelicans, devil rays, humpback whales, and even a sea lion—a true nature lover’s paradise.

Culinary Delights:
Post-beach, I indulged in the resort’s buffet, savoring a made-to-order omelette, fresh fruit, avocado, and treated myself to an Espresso Martini (or two). The dining experience here is exceptional, with a variety of options to please every palate.

Aquatic Adventures:
The resort boasts an impressive 1,134-foot heated lazy river, where I spent a leisurely afternoon floating under the sun. With several pools, including an adult-only pool and a freeform infinity pool, and four ocean-view Jacuzzis, there’s no shortage of aquatic fun. 

Afternoon Relaxation:
Transitioning from the lazy river to one of the four hot tubs on the property, I enjoyed refreshing drinks and delectable poolside fare for lunch. The beachfront infinity pool provided the perfect vantage point to gaze at the ocean’s beauty until it was time for a rejuvenating nap.

Evening Indulgence:
The day concluded with an exquisite Italian dinner, arguably the finest I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The presence of an Italian chef truly elevated the culinary experience.

I know I need to catch y’all up on the last couple of days and I plan to do that later today BUT I woke up this morning again to see the sunrise because they are awesome and God is cool. This morning the second my electric blackout curtains opened there was a whale coming up to the surface. Literally the second! We are seeing them quite a bit and I’m excited every time. What a great way to start the day.

Electric blackout curtains, a Toto Toilet, these sunrises, whales, and more… how will I return to my normal life?! Which is pretty great BTW. Considering sending for my husband and son! 🤣. CABO I LOVE YOU!

Yesterday was pretty great! Met some amazing lady travel bosses and began enjoying the resort. The sunsets are gorgeous, the property is beautiful and the staff is fantastic and they have some great live musicians.
