Our @ccichospitality pathway prepares CCSD students in grades 10-12 for exciting careers in everything from hospitality, tourism, business, marketing, and sales to culinary management through hands-on learning and industry-recognized certifications!
🏨 Hospitality Management Program:
🛎️Resort & Event Management – Explore careers in hospitality through multiple field trips, guest speakers, and FUN real-world experiences that develop TRANSFERRABLE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS for any future career!
🚀 Hospitality Leadership Experience – ANY 11th or 12th grade student wanting hands-on experience in a hospitality or business-related industry through paid or unpaid internships DURING your class period! This class also includes leadership development with a variety of industry partners there to mentor you along the way!👏
‼️Only a teacher recommendation is required to enroll! Experience in hospitality or business classes preferred, NOT required🎉
🍽️Culinary Management Program:
🔥 ProStart 1 & 2 – Master essential culinary skills & restaurant management, compete with @coloradoprostart
🧑🍳ProStart 3: Advanced Culinary Practicum – Take your skills to the next level with food production, catering, serving students from our CCICafe, and running the @campuscreationsfoodbus

The Hospitality Leadership Experience students have been helping plan and prepare for the Women In Industry (WIIN) event with the @ccsd_cte_ department and they did an incredible job!
These students helped run registration, MC’d the event, created the music playlist for the sessions, interviewed attendees, and more!
Students in this program have internship experiences in any professional industry they choose, as long as they are implementing transferable skill development and growing in their professional goals for life post high school!
