Got to spend a day with tomorrows workforce at the Huot Technical Center School. Tokay we got to work with the students as they finished the ceilings and started with the nickel gap walls. This house is actually for sale. shout out the other builders and associates that offered up their time to work along side the side the students. As well as a shout of to the Lakes Region Home Builders & Remodelers Association for their support of the program. Oh and lastly thanks to who ever picked up the donuts.

Last summer we modified and installed 20 new backlit mirrors Salon Bogar. Yesterday we installed some larger 9‘ backlit mirror surrounds we made in house so all the stations are now similar. The place still looks great after all these years.

We don’t often pour footings foundations and slabs but when we do we use Nudura ICF and our friend Joe Harnois from Atlantic Builders Supply. Big shout out to Cullen Concrete for coming up for the pour, made our life a breeze. Big shout out to Jane McKee Durning for working her ass off. Next step, putting this back together for a new master suite and kitchen.

Whilst we continue to serve our customers in Southern NH we are looking to build our presence from our new home base in Meredith and Center Harbor. Proud to be a part of the latest project where the young men and women of the Huot Technical Center School and their instructors along with the support of the Lakes Region Home Builders & Remodelers Association and their volunteers built this little gem. It may only measure in at around 380sqft but through a great design it offers everything one needs. The new owner, who is wonderful, Will most certainly enjoy her new space.
As the school year kicked off so did the next build which will hopefully be completed by the end of the school year.
The partnership between the Huot and the lakes Region Home Builders Association gives the chance for these “kids” to get their hands on tools and see the whole process of building a house from design to finish. Huot in the past has built tiny homes but is now certified to build modular homes,so these homes they are building are built to meet all building and energy code requirements just on a smaller scale. The houses are built at the Huot Tech at Laconia High School, in their large shop, where they can build year round out of the weather and when it’s completed it gets trailered out and craned on to its permanent foundation where ever that may be.
All the proceeds from the sale go back in to work force development to help bring new blood to the trades.

From Drab to fab. Nice little lakefront basement remodel. We built the bunk system in pieces off site and prefinished all the nickel gap and v match. Even included an ERV to keep the air fresh. Living space was added with a small bar area/ work from home desk. We included some Bluetooth controlled LED lighting for zen like sleeping conditions or party mode. Some utilities were upgraded including new boiler and mini spilts for heating and cooling.

A project we completed last year. Most of the design was done over zoom. We designed and built this ADU with double garage and additional home office space plus a golf simulator room. The new yard included a pool, hot tub caban and a screened in porch. We also upgraded some doors in the main house while we there.

Some finished pics of our little covid project. We built all these cabinets in house and recently finished the last little touches of the install.
Specie is rift cut red oak stained with Saman stains spice. A lot of hidden details on this to overcome the out of plumb walls and out of level floor. Thanks to American Custom Woodworking in Tilton for milling all our rough stock and paneling.
Looking forward to seeing this with the desk in place and some books on the shelves.
