Hello FB Milk and Honey Family,
I wanted you to know that I have cancelled my upcoming production. There have been a lot of obstacles with casting. I have had 3 rounds of auditions and I have not been able to find an actor for the lead role or for 2 other major roles. I realize that there are times when GOD puts obstacles in our path as a testing of our faith. I believe that happened with DENTED. But in this case in order to move forward with this production, I would be casting actors just for the sake of filling roles and not necessarily because they are the best, asking friends to step into roles, changing performance dates and basically settling in order for this play to go forth in August or September. When it comes to the vision GOD has given me, I refuse to settle. As you know, my goal is ALWAYS excellence when it comes to serving GOD through the dramatic arts. Settling is not excellence. I am not sure if or when I will do this play...I'm leaving that up to GOD: HIS timing and not my deadlines.
I plan to use the rest of this year to fundraise, write and seek GOD for my next Milk and Honey move. I ask for your continued prayers and support. Be blessed and stay tuned!

Auditions done.... Lots to consider....

A quick note to aspiring actors, if you make an appointment for an "appointment only" audition, you show up prepared or if you can't make it, you call/email/text to say your schedule has changed. That is called "professionalism". Not showing up waste my time, your time and takes an audition slot away from someone else. This happens WAY too much and it is not ok. Be professional.. auditions are really job interviews.

We are still looking for our lead male roles! Please pass this info along....I know there are some talented male actors out there dying to step into a challenging and thought provoking role:
