Final part of our changing city series.

The Eastside is located on the east side of charleston between Meeting Street and East Bay Street. This neighborhood borders the Cooper river and many of the wharfs.
This neighborhood is experiencing rapid change just like every other part of Charleston.
This is Charleston's most densely populated neighborhood.
Walk thru Eastside and see some of the largest collections of "Charleston Single homes".

Martha Lou's was one of those iconic Charleston spaces that anyone could come in and eat the best low country food. After 37 years her doors are closed but her legend will alwasy be told. Gone but not forgotten❤️

Day 7 of our holiday sale is about our love of sunrise surfing on our beloved folly beach✨✨

'Folly Sunrise'
Ask any surfer in town and they will tell you what the magic hour is. There is nothing quite like being in the water as you see it turn from black to irredescent to blue. There is nothing more rewarding than feeling that wave lift you closer to the sun, and NOTHING is more magical watching the world wake up!
The pier, the palmettos trees, and the Washout; for some of us these are holy grounds.
We hope this print helps capture the magic of the early morning sun when it hits the ocean.

This limited print run was done with a technique called 'split fountain' a technique that can only be used with silkscreen printing. We felt the only way to honor the melting colors of the sunrise was to use multiple colors at once in our screen.

Greek mythology says Venus rose out of the sea. We thought if she was to come to Folly she'd have a kick ass bathing suit to go surfing and beat the summer heat under the oak trees at Chico Feo.
