WOW 2022. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce CROSSFIT CLT ( )!

What an incredible experience it is when all of your hard work shows up, strategies are executed and four individuals work together as one unit.

More than coming in second place out of 20 elite teams and punching our tickets to the 2022
in Madison, I am SO thankful and excited to continue training with my teammates and continue getting to know them as athletes and friends.

Thank you to everyone who believes in us and had no doubt. 👊🏻

There is evidence that short vacations/breaks that last just a few days can be as recuperative as longer getaways! Woohoo

Treat yourself to regular long weekends. The duration of your time off is often less important than the quality of your time off in helping you recover from the demands of work.
