I have found Human Design & Astrology to be incredible tools to support you in learning about yourself at the soul level. This information can open us up to new perspectives and allow us to see ourselves & others in a new (hopefully more compassionate) way, that in turn, can shift how we move through life on a daily basis. The music playlist will stimulate movement creativity and will help you connect with your Body, Emotions, Mind and Spirit! Arrive before 7:00pm to get settled in. Grab a snack and drink some water. Sherrie will chat with you for a few minutes and when you're ready, you will enter the dance space. The dance portion will end around 8:20pm. Take a few minutes to ground yourself before leaving the space and heading home.

Sherrie Flack will be your music DJ., and is a trained nia@ FreeDance and Chakradance™ facilitator.
