The condo is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The condo is a 12-minute drive from Charlotte Douglas Airport and 20 minutes from the US National Whitewater Center. The Epicentre, Panther Stadium, Uptown Charlotte, Spectrum Stadium, and BBT Baseball Stadium is a 5-minute drive. A 13-minute drive to Carowinds and 27 seconds to Ray's Splash Planet. PARTY POLICY: We don't allow any parties on the property or in the apartment. Any violations of our house rules will lead to a fine of $300, cancellation of your reservation, and your removal from the property. Pet friendly: We allow 1 dog.
