Our mission is to inspire and promote the growth and enjoyment of athletics through
racket sports. I’ve been playing tennis since the time I began walking.

My name is Jeremy Martin, and I am the founder of Modern Strike Tennis. My dad, Eric Martin, and his brother both played tennis at North Carolina A&T State University in the late 70s. He decided to pass his passion for the game to his 5 children. I started playing tennis tournaments at the age of 8 and won my first tournament at 9 years old. I enjoyed some success in the junior ranks before attend

ing college. Some of those accomplishments include 2003 SC All State team, South Carolina Junior Davis Cup Member (top 3 players in each state), and runner up at the high school All American tournament in 2003. In college, my brothers Damon and Jared (my twin), and I decided to continue the family tradition of playing tennis at NC A&T together where I was a 2x All Conference selection. The game of tennis has allowed me the opportunity to travel the globe and play against some of the best players in the world. With over 15 years of teaching experience, my approach is to provide an energetic instruction to create the most enjoyable experience. I want to use my knowledge and passion for the game to help grow the game and to help you reach your goals!
