de visible" sums it all up. I feel like when someone cooks for me or when I cook for them it is an act of Love (this could be a Southern thing). My addiction began living in California, where I was introduced to new styles of cooking and new regions of food. I have also always considered cooking a form of art. It's an creative outlet for me. Brown, III: I'm a Certified Professional Chef with 26 years of consecutive food service experience. I currently work at Darden Restaurants and am the Owner and Operator of Chef Solutions: Catering, Kitchen Cleaning and Consulting. Krista M.....a girl who loves good food and wine. I've been lucky enough to work on both sides exploring great wines and even better food. My love is seeing people enjoying food paired with a good wine. My hope is that I can share my passion with my friends in Krista's Community Kitchen in hopes that they enjoy both.

It's been AGES since I posted here! Whipped up a roasted chicken and vegetable one pot dinner tonight that I wanted to share.

Diced squash, red potatoes, onion and garlic. Added whole green beans then tossed the veggie mixture with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Took the veggie mixture and poured into a non stick pan. Placed seasoned boneless chicken thighs on top. Baked for 50 minutes on 400 degrees.

Turned out great! I promise not to be a stranger. :-)
