It’s often talked about why you “should” hire a planner, instead of talking about why you “shouldn’t” hire one. A lot of people’s bad experiences occur simply because you may not do well with one, and that’s ok😅 Evaluate your intentions prior, and evaluate yourself before pursuing one🤌🏾

…. realizing you can’t work with one is just as important as realizing you can. You save time and a headache from both realizations.

For all my people that are considering going to Atlanta to get a quick passport, you now have an equivalent option in Charlotte. Out of all honesty, you all shouldn’t be waiting until the last minute anyway lol😒

For those of you wondering, this facility will provide the following services:
✨Regular Passport Services for new/renewal
✨Fast Track Passport/Urgent Processing for urgent travel: 14 day turnaround for additional fee; circumstantial
✨ Assistance with lost/stolen passports
✨Same Day passport processing: for an additional fee, circumstantial, and not 100% guaranteed.

Finally, I'm taking out the time to share details of one the best trips I ever planned. Yes, to Paris, France. This was a solo trip, and my client decided to travel there for her birthday, December 2023.

I want to share with you 4 major details that created her itinerary, and made this trip into a dream (her words):

✈️Flight: American Airlines serviced the flight out of Charlotte Douglas airport. There was one layover in Chicago on the way to Paris, and one in Philadelphia on the back home.

🏨Hotel: Le Wallace Hôtel & Bar"
Very cute, boutique hotel located in the 15th arrondissement. this hotel was chosen because of location, provided "bed and breakfast", it's contemporary/chic ambience, views and great ratings.

🚕Ground Transportation: she utilized taxis and the trains/rail system to get room point A to B. I booked her airport transportation to get her to and from the hotel. For transfers within the city (between tours and activities), she booked on her own, but I gave her several recommendations on how to go about doing this. I also strongly recommended her to utilize the hotels concierge for assistance.

🧭Tours and Activities:Are you ready???
My client moved around quit a bit. From the Eiffel, to wine tastings, to museums, to tours in Normandy, to tours in Lyon. She even went to a futball game⚽️⚽️. All of which I researched and pre-booked for her.

Again, very tedious and detailed, but well worth it.

What made planning this trip so detailed, is the fact that this was my clients first time traveling to Paris, and she wanted to do EVERYTHING‼️. There were several moving parts, and I had to make sure that she was more than prepared, and confident during her visit....and she was.

Convenience is the key, especially when there's a group! Forwarding emails with information can become annoying. No, it is annoying lol

Think about this page as a "marketing tool" that you share with for friends and family. People want to see pictures, prices, deposit requirement, etc)

My group pages are a HIT, and I always receive amazing feedback
It takes about 1-2 weeks to create, and it's for my people that are booking at least 3-4 months in advance, with a minimum of 8 people in the group (I may bump up this number soon)
