Dear Clients, Employees and Vendors-

After much consideration, I have decided to significantly reduce our client portfolio down to 2 communities. I would like to personally thank you all for your support throughout the years. I will truly miss all of our employees and clients.

CDS can still be found at Circa Uptown as well as Lennox Southpark in Charlotte.

I would like to thank you all again for 5 years of an amazing experience. I know all of our employees will continue to shine and all of our clients will continue to soar.

Happy ! Celebrate at STIR with a refreshing 1948 Margarita and plate of Fish Tacos! 🌮🍹 Each taco is topped with charred salsa, pico de gallo, pickled onions, cotija cheese, cilantro slaw and housemade crema.

Sip on a 1948 Margarita which follows one of the earliest margarita recipes.

Legend has it that Margaret Sames mixed tequila, lime and orange liqueur at a house party in 1948! The margarita was born, and its simple recipe could not have been more perfect.

At STIR, we craft the 1948 margarita in the same manner as Margaret. We then put it on draft for a bright, refreshing finishing touch. The result is a perfectly balanced refreshing cocktail!

Served on the rocks or over hand-shaved ice. Either way, STIR’s 1948 Margarita is sure to satisfy. We look forward to celebrating with you. Cheers!

May Pet of the Month | Louie! ✨

Louie is a 7 month blue merle cardigan corgi who enjoys giving his mom the side eye and nice dirt baths at the neighborhood dog park. 🐶He can be seen “splooting” all around The Dillon and he really loves the friendly treat dispensers in the front office. his heart is much bigger than is legs are and he loves meeting other people and pups in the community! ✨
