Forage was conceived out of a desire to create environments and culinary experiences that are not just alternatives to dining in a restaurant, but holistic occasions meant to be enjoyed by all the senses. We decided on, forage, because it alludes to the intimate relationship we have with the food that we source and the items that we reclaim. Our events attempt to conceptualize an idea that’s inspi

ration could be drawn from a single experience, a book recently read, an object come upon or a season anticipated. We design our space using items borrowed, thrifted and found from our ambient surroundings. By combining these elements we create occasions that bring people together to enjoy the pleasure of food and community
