We will examine the current state challenges, new marketplace opportunities, success factors, and lessons learned. We feel that small business performs a crucial role in the economi

c health of the middle class and country at large, especially in a difficult economy with high unemployment, under employment and wage stagnation. The American Dream was made by the creative, passionate, hard working individuals that took the initiative and risk to build their businesses in an America the fosters and values their productive contributions. We hope this book will capture the essence that goes into becoming an entrepreneur in the United States and sheds light on new solutions to the obstacles facing small business entrepreneurs today.
