Victor App is a mobile application unlike the military community has ever experienced. A platform for the military community including dependents, active duty, reservists, retirees, and veterans, to use to navigate cities across the United States. Whether you're looking to save some money on dinner or looking to start your life after service, Victor's here to guide you.

Victor was created by a Marine Corps Infantry Veteran whose transition out of the Marine Corps was more difficult than anything he'd experience while serving on active duty with a combat deployment. A year after transitioning he was at the lowest point in his adult life. With no solid network, job or housing, he applied for a job in Kuwait working for a private security company. One month after applying for the position he would find himself standing in a guard tower on a U.S. Army base in northern Kuwait, staring out into the desert behind an M-60 machine gun that was older than he was. He did this line of work for the next four years and this work would take him to Dubai, Iraq, and some of the most dangerous districts of Afghanistan. After transitioning from this line of work in 2015 he realized that transitioning into "civilian" life is never easy and the process needed to be fixed. In November of 2015 he started a 14 week entrepreneur program at Bunker Labs, an incubator for veteran entrepreneurs. Throughout this 14 week program he learned how to bring his idea to life. Designing a mobile application for veterans to ultimately make their lives easier and less overwhelming was the solution to the problem. Unlike most veteran organizations, Victor collaborates with the existing veteran community and local businesses because just like in combat, the more assets you bring to the fight, the more likely you are to walk away victorious.

Road Home Program at Rush

is a Facebook group that started small and has taken off to have more than 1500 members in just a short period of time, all coming together to help prevent suicides among Chicago Fire Department first responders.

We want all our Military Veteran First Responders to know that they have a place to come at no cost to receive any outpatient services they may need, privately and with the utmost care and respect.

Please help us spread the word so we can ensure our past heroes turned current heroes know they have a safe and secure place to receive care here at the Road Home Program.
