After a stressful night with a super sick kid, I woke up late this morning wanting some comfort that still remained within the program. So, naturally I made pancakes. Enjoy!

PROTEIN POWER PANCAKES-
2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla protein powder
1 small smashed banana
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill brown rice flour (or other GF flour)
2 eggs (or egg replacement)
1 tsp cinnamon
Almond milk- actually I used Macadamia milk (whisk to right thin consistency...not too thick)
Top with berries.
You can use brown rice syrup, coconut nectar, almond/cashew butter, or even a little dab or organic maple syrup.
Make a big batch and keep in the fridge for an easy weekday breakfast or healthy afternoon snack!

Day 8. It’s check in day, and here are some of my personal clients’ results after just one week- weight loss ranging from 5 lbs to 11 lbs, up to 2” lost at the waist and hips, and comments like, “Going well... pleased and feeling good. Today’s breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I had some basil leaves that were wilting, so I wanted to use them before they went bad.
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
10 oz of water
Strawberries
Basil leaves
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Scoop of avocado
Citrus fizz stick

Tip- do you ever buy greens and not eat them before they lose freshness? Throw them in the freezer! They’re awesome in your smoothies and easy to toss in, and no food is being wasted ❤️❤️

1 Persian cucumber
Handful of baby spinach
Tablespoon of avocado
Ginger (I have frozen cubes)
Citrus fizz stick
Ice

For the month of December, to feel amazing, stave off cravings, and take full advantage of the holiday spirit, I'm doing these 5 easy things every day:

- eat 2 servings of veggies
- drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water
- drink 2 vegan protein shakes

- move my body for at least 15 minutes
