The Dooky Chase's Seasonings from the restaurant owned by Leah Chase, one of the inspirations for Princess Tiana, will be at the Emporium starting June 28 and Critter Co-Op when it opens. This is the first time these have been available outside of the restaurant in New Orleans!

Have you heard of Adventures by Disney? Fellow DDT Agent, Brianna, is experiencing one right now!

This is what she had to say about her first 2 days!

“Day 1, we explored Basel Switzerland.
Day 2: First day on the Adventures by Disney Rhine River Cruise ✨

Today we dropped off our bags with the Adventure Guides at the hotel, walked around the city and found some lunch. Then we walked to the ship (they also offered 2 different transfers from our hotel but the walk wasn't too long).

I will post a lil video with more of a tour of the ship but here are some pics for now. Our room category was CA which has a French balcony, which I love because I can open up the doors as we are sailing and sit with a coffee.

Some amenities on the boat include a heated pool with swim up bar, running track, large chess board, plenty of places to sit on the sun deck, fitness room, Chef's Table dining room (no additional charge, make a reservation for one night), coffee/espresso station, massages (additional fee), hair salon (additional fee), workout/yoga classes, snacks between meals in the lounge, and more!

In the afternoon, we set sail then had an introduction to our crew and Adventure Guides and safety briefing. Then it was time for dinner! During dinner, your rooms are turned down and they drop off the Daily Adventurer, your printout itinerary for the following day.

After dinner, the Adventure Guides were available in the lounge to answer questions or change excursion choices. There is often live music in the lounge and at 10:30pm they put out late night snacks which of course we ate.”

Happy National Watermelon Day!! In honor of National Watermelon Day, please enjoy a video of hippos eating watermelon! One of my favorite tours I’ve experienced at Walt Disney World has been the Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom Park! This 3 hour tour takes you behind the scenes of the Safari, up close with the Hippos and Alligators, plus your own guided tour ride throughout the Safari, along with lunch and all the amazing photos and memories! 📹: My Video Dec 2022

Now this was nice to see! The Walt Disney World Railroad at Magic Kingdom hasn’t been running since it closed December 2018 with the construction starting for TRON. It has 3 stations, Main Street USA, Frontierland and Fantasyland. They have started testing it, without guests. As I was walking by the entrance coming back from Grand Floridian, luckily I had a park pass reservation, I scanned in just so I could get a little video! Who can’t wait to be able to start riding this again around the park? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Fireworks Friday! This was the ending to Enchantment at Magic Kingdom from our view on our private fireworks cruise on Seven Seas Lagoon. These boats are for up to 10 guests and give you an amazing private view. The captain takes you around Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon while telling you tidbits and fun facts about Disney that you may not know. Onboard you will find some snacks (small bags of chips or Mickey rice krispy treats) and pop and water that is included but anything else is up to you to bring. So grab some dinner and BYOB, sit back, relax and enjoy the view!
