My name is Sheila Marie Anderson (SMA). I was born on the west side of Chicago and am the middle child of 5. Having been married for 3 years, the mother of 5 daughters and working full time (for now), I have become perfected in the art of multitasking and getting things done. I have been assisting leadership since the early part of 1999, from being the Administrative professional ov
er the Youth and Women's Group at churches, to supporting 8 C-level executives on a daily basis and 3 additional occasionally. I have been involved in the planning and management of educational seminars, sales rallies, product/business launch events and fashion shows. I'm also involved with various NFP organizations and assists other entrepreneurs in the growth and ex*****on of their business. There's a certain responsibility that comes to supporting leadership and I have over 15 years experience doing that consistently and in excellence. I strive for perfection!! I currently oversee high profile parties, awards, meetings, corporate dinners and other functions of which, some have been out of state. Through my well established relationships with vendors, distributors and local hotels, I have negotiated significant savings which allows me to execute events well under budget. With a flexible, adaptable, get it done attitude, I welcome the challenges that inevitably arise in all stages of assisting. Not one to shy away from a problem, I seek out creative solutions many others overlook. I would love to demonstrate my expertise for you as a Leadership Assistant, the Leader's Leader.
