Review Time ❤️
Excellence Oyster Bay Adult Only-Jamaica

Customer Service-4/5 -Customer service was great! There were a few bad apples at the resort but I will say 95% went above and beyond! I always felt safe and housekeeping was on point!

Cleanliness -5/5 -Our rooms were cleaned twice a day and anything we asked for they made happen ❤️ Our room and balcony was very clean and the entire resort was very clean and well manicured!

Food-4.6/ 5- Food was great! Fresh and delicious! I loved the coffee shop! I will say there wasn’t a ton of options especially for breakfast.

Adult Beverages-3.5/5- Drinks were good sipped on red wine, pina colados, mojitos, and my favorite lemon drops 😬 If you had the Excellence Club you had more premium alcohol beverages.

Entertainment -5/5 The entertainers were absolutely top notch! The engagement, the shows and the classes were great! From sun up to sun down we were constantly entertained!

Recommendation- Overall 4.5/5
I highly recommend this resort and I will say this has been my favorite in Jamaica 🇯🇲
