For the past 3 months, I have been intensely immersed in the Fulbright TGC program and have gained an amazing amount of new knowledge, resources, and connections. Finally, fueled by inspiration from the program, I have officially brought my passion project to life!

I'm thrilled to announce the launch of Gogh Global, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students and teachers through art education and travel experiences to embrace investigating our roles on the global canvas! 🌟

Gogh Global focuses on the transformative power of art to connect people, spark creativity, and foster global competency.

The mission is to:
🎨 Inspire art educators with instructional resources and workshops that bring fresh, globally-minded perspectives to the classroom.
✈️ Provide community members (student and adult travelers alike) with travel opportunities that open their eyes to the world’s rich artistic and cultural diversity.
🤝 Build a community of passionate individuals who see art as a universal language for connection and growth.

This week the Cincinnati Zonta Club Chapter’s “Journey to Healing” exhibition opened at the Contemporary Arts Center. This exhibition, which explores the role of art in overcoming trauma and gender-based violence, offered a platform for Schorsch and her former student, Autumn Shelton (’18), to display powerful works addressing these crucial issues in relation to personal journeys. Belize 2026: Community Adventure
This adventure is open to students and their parents from throughout Southwestern Ohio!

This adventure to Belize offers a mix of cultural exploration, outdoor activities, and wildlife encounters. The journey begins with a boat trip to the New River Lagoon, a visit to the Old Sugar Mill, and a guided tour of the Lamanai Ruins. In the Cayo region, travelers can enjoy cave tubing, ziplining through the rainforest, and a jungle survival experience. A day trip to the Xunantunich ruins includes a cultural exchange with locals and a visit to the Chaa Creek Natural History Museum. The tour also includes a visit to the Belize Zoo, water taxi travel to Ambergris Caye, and snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Coral Gardens. The adventure wraps up with free time to explore Ambergris Caye and opportunities to witness diverse marine life.

1. If you have traveled with EF before, you are eligible for an additional $100 discount.
2.The Belize 2026 adventure currently has a cap of 12 travelers. Once the trip is full, it will be closed out but you may be added to a waitlist in case someone would need to cancel.
