Thank you Eagle Construction and Shadow Brook Apartments.

We trenched 120’x2’ deep to run a designated gas line.

It had to be hand dug because of all the utilities in the area. We completed the task in one 12hr. day.

My guys and I (4 of us total) were absolutely smoked by the end. Nothing like a hard day of work...

These pictures depict a situation where the o-ring inside of the tub spout has failed because of wear-and-tear/deterioration.

When the diverter on the tub spout was pulled to direct water up to the shower head, water sprayed out from the back of the spout into the wall cavity.

The unassuming found this mess while cleaning out the linen closet.

IF YOU LIVE IN A 2 STORY HOME!!!

These minor water stains are very common, and are typically caused by a sealant issue from a 2nd floor bathroom.

Remember that even the smallest amount of leakage can show up on your first floor ceiling.

In this particular case water was leaking out from around the shower curtain onto the floor.

We always recommend a glass enclosure for tub/showers on the 2nd floor.

The term slab leak gets thrown around a lot in the . Here is an example of what we find when we access inside the slab for repairs.

You can see here that the 3/4” copper line under the slab was damaged during the construction of the home. This is a very common cause for slab leaks.

You can avoid this problem!

Our client pulled a tree out in his front yard and ended up pulling the water and sewer main out with it!

We appreciate the business, but we wish they would have called us first! We do full service utility line location!

We have the ability to trace out and mark out all of the utilities to avoid this type of damage! Call us before you dig!!!

Many people choose their tile contractor based on how visually appealing their work is.

DO NOT make that mistake! These pictures are an example of a beautiful shower that leaked within less than one year! This is a very common problem! Do your research before you choose...
